LOGO DESIGN

This was a logo design I created as an update to a previous logo for Fossil Software. The original logo featured a more realistic trilobite image and Fossil needed a more modern version. The goal was to keep the trilobite theme but create a simple, clean, iconic version of it.

This was a logo update for Marshall Creations. Yes, this site! My previous version looked a bit dated so it was time for a clean update.

This was a logo concept I created for Melody- a Mexican womens' clothign store. They were looking for an update to their existing logo that kept the same theme.

I designed this logo concept for an online company who sells airsoft guns and accessories. They were looking for something new, professional, and that appealed to their target audience.

I designed this logo concept for a client's site. The goal was to create something similar-yet different to "Men's Humor", "Women's Humor", "brotips", etc.

This logo concept was created for a company who provides disposable car mats.

I created this logo for a music band called "The Reformers". It was used on large banners behind the band on stage, as well as on their CD cover.

I designed this logo for a game company I once worked for. They needed a logo for their new company and this was chosen out of several other artists' submissions.

This is the iTunes App Store icon for AppZilla 4. The AppZilla series has always included an iconic "eye" as the branding for the application. This design is the most recent iteration on this concept. The idea was to keep the familiar eye theme while modernizing it to fit with the newer/flatter design scheme of the appzilla application.

This is the iTunes App Store icon for AppZilla 3. To continue with the "eye" theme of the previous AppZillas, this design aimed to modernize the treatment of the icon to be more consistent with the changing look of the app itself. Previously, the AppZilla eye icons included a much more realistic looking eye- my goal here was to simplify it, and bring some elegance to the shape with clean contoured lines and soft gradients. Additionally, this version of AppZilla also changed the application color scheme to white so this logo is a reflection of those changes as well.

This icon was created for the application "ReconBot" for iOS. ReconBot is a spy recording and monitoring application that allows the user to discreetly record video, audio, capture photos, and remotely watch the camera feed of their apple device from anywhere over the web. The design of this logo was intended to capture the "camera" functionality of the app along with the automated and intelligent recording capabilities, similar to "HAL" computer's lens from the movie "2001: A Space Odyssey".

This icon was designed to replace the one above as part of a redesign effort of the application to better fit with the changing trends of app designs ushered in by Apple's iOS 7 update.

This icon was created for the application "BannerFlo". BannerFlo is an app that allows the user to enter a message and then scroll it across their screen like and LED banner. This application has been our second most successful app, next to AppZilla, with over 3 million downloads.

This icon was designed for a mobile game "ReKillers: Zombie Defense". The game features a group of mercenaries dubbed "ReKillers" because they specialize in protecting houses from the undead. They are killing the undead, hence the name, ReKillers. This logo was one of my original designs that sought to create an iconic theme of a zombie. Many other zombie games went with realistic zombie heads with gory detail, or cliché undead hands breaking through the ground. I wanted something different that could also be used as an insignia for the mercenaries in the game.

I designed this logo for the entertainment application "Loud Mouth". Loud Mouth is a voice recording and speech altering application that allows the user to record, adjust pitch and speed, and save the recording for later. In addition, the app comes with numerous pre-recorded phrases you can alter for comedic fun. For the design of this logo, I aimed to capture the playful nature of the app. The icon was actually created first in this case, allowing the app user interface to follow in the same theme. When playing your altered recording back, this mouth design animates, opening and closing while slobber droplets fly from the mouth. It's a lot of fun!
